1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BestPeopleDo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use BestPeopleDo
BestPeopleDo is intended for parents, guardians, and education consultants. If you're a student under 16, you'll need a parent or guardian to create the account. Schools that wish to be listed should contact partnerships@bestpeopledo.com.
3. AI matching disclosure
Our AI Match scores are decision support tools, not guarantees. They reflect a calibrated estimate of fit based on the data you provide and the verified data we hold for each school. Final admissions decisions belong to the school, and final family decisions belong to you. We strongly recommend pairing AI suggestions with an advisor conversation before any commitment.
4. Verified school data
We verify school profiles on a recurring basis but do not warrant the accuracy of every detail at every moment. Tuition, dates, and admissions criteria can change. Always confirm with the school before submitting an application.
5. Advisor services
Advisor calls are advisory in nature. Our advisors do not represent any specific school. They help families think through trade-offs and structure decisions. Advisor availability and pricing are described in your dashboard at booking time.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, mirror, or resell BestPeopleDo data.
- Don't impersonate a school or attempt to manipulate match scores.
- Don't share advisor messages publicly without consent.
7. Intellectual property
BestPeopleDo, the logo, and the underlying matching technology are our property. The content you submit (student profiles, notes, messages) remains yours; you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
BestPeopleDo provides the service on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in your dashboard and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
