Our promise
BestPeopleDo handles family data with the same care a school admissions office would. Your child's profile is used to match against verified schools — and nothing else. We don't sell data, we don't run third-party ad pixels on your dashboard, and we don't share your shortlist with any school without your explicit consent.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, location, language, currency.
- Student profile: age, grade, curriculum, interests, personality, languages.
- Search preferences: countries, budget, curriculum tracks, deadlines.
- Saved schools, comparison sets, application stages, advisor messages.
- Standard product telemetry (page views, feature usage) without third-party trackers.
How we use it
Your data powers the AI Match (turning your preferences into a calibrated shortlist), the dashboard (so your work persists between sessions), and your advisor (so we can give context-aware guidance). It is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Data sharing
When you submit an inquiry to a school, we share only the information you've reviewed and approved. Otherwise, your data stays inside BestPeopleDo. We use industry-standard sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring under GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreements.
Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time from Profile → Privacy & data, or by emailing privacy@bestpeopledo.com. Deletion is final and irreversible.
Children's data
BestPeopleDo is operated by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 16 without verified parental consent.
